Clients who use Bethana Bechtel's services understand in its entirety that the services and products offered are strictly spiritual and holistic in nature and do not in anyway serve as substitutes for medical, psychological or professional counselling or medical treatment or practice or therapy. Health reading and energy healing are not medical treatments, nor are they prescription or diagnoses. Always contact your Doctor or health professional before making any major health changes. Psychic Health readings and energy healings are not quick fixes or magic pills. Expect your healing to take time and effort on your part. You resume equal responsibility by making a commitment and allowing yourself to be receiving the healing energies and information.
Refund Policy
There are no guarantees as to the effectiveness of healing for your particular problem or health issue. Deposit is not refundable. No refunds for services provided. No refunds for unused prepaid sessions. All prepaid sessions are nontransferable.
Cancellation Policy
Arrive no more than 5 minutes prior to your session. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Failure to keep your appointment or short notice cancellation will result in loss of your deposit fee. Your sessions will be considered cancelled after 15 minutes of no-show from your appointment time. Bethana Bechtel has the right to turn away or reschedule clients for any reason without explanation.
Under Age 18 & Reading Others
Appointments for children under the age of 18 require written consent from a parent or guardian, who must accompany the child at each visit. Unless otherwise Readings cannot be provided for others without their consent.
